Our ISO 9001 group certification and the recently achieved AS/ISO 9100 aerospace certification are far more than certificates on the wall. They demonstrate to our customers that we operate according to internationally recognised quality standards and maintain stable, traceable processes. This strengthens market access, trust and efficiency — three pillars that determine success or failure in our industry.

Yet as important as these certifications are: processes alone do not ensure sustainable competitiveness. A management system can be as sophisticated as it gets — without the right people bringing it to life, it remains a set of rules on paper.
