Humbel celebrated 90 years

Highly interested in the Humbel world

Customers, suppliers, authority officials, but also the local community as well as employees of the foreign Humbel Group companies have celebrated Humbel AG’s 90th anniversary on 25 August. The open day at its headquarters in Kradolf was a big success.

The visitors’ carpark was full all day long. The families of the Humbel team members, along with numerous visitors from near and far benefited from the opportunity to gain an insight into the highly complex of gears and gear production.

Dr. Jakob Start, Member of the Government Council of the Canton of Thurgau, as well as representatives from the Municipal Council, visited the open day. Humbel could also welcome many key customers and suppliers. Management and employees of the foreign Group companies were present as well and thus demonstrated the strong ties in the Humbel Group. Four generations of the Humbel family participated in the celebration.

The factory tour provided interesting insights, and the kids enjoyed the fun program, such as face painting, bouncy castle, and a racing simulator including a Humbel Porsche. Humbel Group also presented its new corporate image. The race Porsche in the new Humbel design was a big eye-catcher.

With its new organization, Humbel has set the course for a successful future.
